Your purchase package will include carrier specific insurance forms required to file electronically as well as an End User License Agreement. In addition, you will receive information on an optional support agreement. You will be asked to complete all necessary forms and return them to Key Solutions, Inc. along with a print image file and your check or money order. As soon as all forms are processed, a custom made CD and a complete user manual will be forwarded to you.
